This privacy policy governs the manner in which Church Complete Solutions, LLC (Collectively, "Church Complete") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of ChurchComplete.com website ("the Site"). In this policy, "you" or "your" refers to any person or entity subscribing to and/or using the Site ("Users"). Should there be any future changes to our privacy policy, we will continue to post them on this page.

The Data We Collect

For each visitor to our website, we collect Anonymous Information such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, operating system, access times and referring website addresses. When you register as a user we will use our online forms to collect personal identifying information, such as your full name, organization's name, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number. While you must provide your credit card information to purchase your subscription, we do not collect or store your credit card information. Credit card information is securely handled by our payment processor. In addition, if you contact us via e-mail or offline, we may collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide us at that time. We use this information to send updates, promotions, or news about our company and/or product(s), and to contact you if requested or necessary.

How We Use the Data

Church Complete provides technical support services, data repair and data transfer services to the best of our ability. Your data will only be disclosed to and handled by persons within our team who have a "need to know" in order to provide the appropriate services to you. We may (at our discretion) store the customer's data on our server(s) for a period of six months after the service has been completed. After such time, your data will be permanently deleted. Customers who prefer to have their data deleted immediately upon completion of the service may request this by contacting us by email admin@churchcomplete.com.

The information we collect is used for the purpose for which you specifically provided the personal data, used to enhance Users' experience, used to notify users about updates to our website, shared with agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations, used by us to contact users regarding products and services offered, disclosed when legally required to do so, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the Site.

During the registration process, you may opt to receive marketing emails from us. We may maintain separate email lists for different purposes. If you wish to end your email subscription to a particular list, you must follow the instructions contained in each email correspondence that you receive from us. We process all unsubscribe/opt-out requests promptly, but it may take 48 hours for the change to be fully effective. We reserve the right to notify you of any transactions that you entered into and changes or updates to the Site whenever necessary for as long as you are a user.

Review and Correction

We offer users the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in organization information, contact information and financial information. Users can have this information corrected by updating their profile after logging on through their account.

Policy Changes

We do update our policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site and the effective date of the policy will be modified to reflect the effective date of the most recent version. If you continue to use the Site after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
